The layered paper detail looks way sharper in person than I expected from the photos. I've been running it on battery power on my bookshelf so there's no cord to hide, and the remote makes it easy to dim at night. Honestly the acrylic frame feels sturdier than it looks too.
Bought this for my desk and the LED backlight makes the paper layers glow in a way photos don't capture. The remote is handy for dimming it at night, and I like that I can run it on batteries instead of hunting for a USB spot.
The layered paper cutouts look way sharper in person than I expected from the photos. Having the remote makes it easy to dim the backlight at night without getting up, and the battery option meant I didn't need an outlet nearby.
