The washed canvas has that soft, broken-in feel right out of the box, and the PU leather straps don't dig into my shoulders at all. My 14-inch laptop slides into the inner slot perfectly, and the side pockets actually hold a full water bottle without stretching out.
Bought this for a weekend trip and the 14-inch laptop slot fit my MacBook perfectly with room to spare. The side pockets are handy for a water bottle, and it's light enough at under a kilo that I barely noticed it on my shoulder all day.
The washed canvas feels way sturdier than I expected for how light it is. My 14-inch laptop slides right into the inner slot, and the side pockets are perfect for a water bottle and keys.
